The Fundamentals of Personalised Care and Support course is designed as a foundations course to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide person-centred support services to individuals with unique needs and preferences. This comprehensive course will provide participants with an overview of the principles and processes of individualised support planning and delivery, as well as the legal and ethical requirements, and the roles and responsibilities of different people involved in care and support.
The course is designed to provide a solid foundation for understanding the importance of person-centred care, support, and the procedures for providing such services. Our participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to enter this profession.
Duration: 5 weeks; 2 days per week (Part-time)
